They just make my life so much easier.
I have been with Zooc for all things IT for many years now. Simply put, they are the best company that I have dealings with. This is because they are always on hand if I need help and nothing is too much bother. Some of the questions I ask, I am sure, are pretty foolish but they never make me feel that way. If the query is not something that they can talk me through they will always hop onto my computer to sort it for me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Since lockdown, a lot of companies do not publish telephone numbers and everyone seems to want to discuss via email with these guys they are always happy to talk and they just make my life so much easier.
